Pasha Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

Journal entries and text you write within the app
Account information (email address) if you create an account
Purchase and subscription information processed through Apple's App Store

Information collected automatically:

Device type, operating system version, and app version
Usage data such as features accessed and session duration
Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve app functionality
To generate personalized content based on your journal entries
To process subscriptions and in-app purchases
To send notifications you have opted into (e.g., daily reminders)
To diagnose technical issues and improve performance

3. AI Processing

Our apps use artificial intelligence to analyze text you provide and generate personalized content, including images and readings. Your journal entries are sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) for processing. We do not use your journal entries to train AI models, and we require our AI providers to adhere to the same standard. Journal text is transmitted securely, processed to generate your content, and is not retained by us or our AI providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your journal entries, account data, and generated content are stored on secure cloud servers operated by our infrastructure provider (currently Supabase). Data is transmitted using TLS encryption and stored with industry-standard security measures. Generated images are stored in secure cloud storage associated with your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps use the following third-party services:

Apple App Store: For processing purchases and subscriptions
Supabase: For authentication, database storage, and file storage
RevenueCat: For subscription management
OpenAI: For journal analysis and AI-generated content (images and readings)
PostHog: For anonymized product analytics
Sentry: For crash reporting and error monitoring

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app or contacting us. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Opt out of certain data processing
Export your data in a portable format

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
