Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications and services provided by Pasha Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

2. Description of Service

We provide mobile applications that offer journaling, AI-generated content, and related features. Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment terms are governed by Apple's terms.
We offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time lifetime purchases. Specific pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. You will not be charged during the trial if you cancel in time.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Lifetime purchases grant permanent access to premium features and do not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within our apps, including journal entries and any text you provide. By using our apps, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the app's features (e.g., generating personalized readings and artwork). We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our apps generate content using artificial intelligence, including images and text. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It should not be relied upon as professional, medical, psychological, or financial advice of any kind. Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional guidance. Generated images and readings are unique to your entries but may share visual or thematic similarities with content generated for other users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the apps
Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
Use automated systems to access the app in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without permission

8. Sharing and Social Features

Our apps allow you to export and share AI-generated cards and readings on social media and with other people. When you share content, it leaves our platform and is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the platforms you share to. You are responsible for how you share your content. Shared content may contain your journal-derived themes but does not include your raw journal text.

9. Intellectual Property

The apps, including their design, code, branding, and non-user-generated content, are owned by Pasha Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated images created through your use of the app are licensed to you for personal use, including sharing on social media. You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute AI-generated content without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations. Tarot readings and AI-generated content are for entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasha Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the apps ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
